Software Division
Our Software Division consist of four teams, each doing different tasks but all serving the same objective: to ensurecutomer satisfaction in the real sense of the word. The four teams are Research & Development (R&D), Quality Assurance ((QA), Implementation, and Cutomer Service & Maintenance, all of which are staffed with experienced and certified IT professionals.

Our R&D Team creates innovative software products for business applications.
- Quality Assurance
Our QA Team adopts international-standard QA procedures to make sure that each of the software products that we develop is the best of its kind and works to the utmost satisfaction of the Customer.
- Implementation
Our Implementation Team adopts an effective implementation system which we invented after more than 10 years of serving customers. With this system, our Implementation Team delivers software products as scheduled and as required, provides the customers with adequate training in how to operate them, and works with the customers to solve problems which may occur.
Our Implementation Team makes sure that each software product works effeciently and in a cost -saving fashion so as to keep the customer's cost of ownership of it to the minimum.
- Customer Service & Maintenance
It is in our own interest to safeguard and protect the customer's investment in each Erasoft product that has been purchased so that it can continue to benefit the customers to the utmost.
In line with the above, our on-line, web-based Help Desk is at the ready, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, to provide Erasoft customers with prompt solutions to any problems which they may have.
